Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Grabbit ("we", "us") handles information when you use our website, Chrome extension, and desktop application. Grabbit is designed to run downloads on your device; we do not host your downloaded media.

What we collect

• Website & billing: If you purchase Pro, Stripe processes payment and may share basic customer and transaction data with us as described in Stripe's privacy policy.
• Entitlement tokens: We issue short-lived signed tokens tying your extension to a Stripe customer id so we can verify an active subscription. Tokens are not used for advertising.
• Extension & desktop: Download requests stay on your device—the extension talks to the desktop app over a secure connection on your computer. We do not receive those requests unless you separately configure something that forwards them.

Cookies

The marketing site may use minimal cookies or local storage required for basic functionality. We do not use third-party ad networks in the product experience described here.
